Writing with my Brain Frozen

Things have been pretty hectic around here- winter is coming and I'm already getting my brain frozen, lots and lots of things to catch up to at med school, getting less sleep day by day, and I'm actually studying on my own once in a blue moon (but I'm doin' it!).

Strange thing is little things like extreme eye blurring sun rays keep me happy these days.
Go warmth.

হীরক রাজার দেশে

It was good to watch this old movie after almost 10 years. We love the songs, the sense of humour and the story itself. It's amazing how we still remember these old songs that we once sang along with.

A Trip To The Ol' City

Well all I can say is that breakfast in Old Dhaka was exhilarating. Exhilarating in a way that that part of the city is so wild and awake even at 7 a.m. on the third day of Eid; with bustling buses and tinkering rickshaws and people fetching breakfasts from different hotels.
By the time we could find a place to eat, all the food was gone- and I am not surprised, the food did not disappoint us.

L o m o g r a p h y

I've been crazy about lomography for the the past few days. I even checked in old camera shops for lomo cameras- without much success. The picture above was taken as (very little) resemblance to lomography pictures.
It was taken by my camera pointed directly towards the sunlight that was streaming through my windows (I know it's not highly recommended to point the lens towards the sun) and gave me satisfactory results with the blurry, shimmering effect.

Sky, Wing and Clouds

I often wake up to realise that my time of day dreaming is over, I have to work with whatever that is given to me. Hence photography is a gift to me that enables me to turn the simplest things into dreams.
